Shipping policy
All Dear Bed orders are quality-checked at our warehouse before dispatch. So domestic orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of placing an order.
Your order should reach you within 4-6 working days (for Northern States) & 6-8 working days (for South & Western States) after dispatch. You will receive tracking information and an estimated date of arrival at this stage.
Please note that the estimated delivery times are not guaranteed by Dear Bed. They may vary in case of extreme weather conditions, technical failures, location etc.
Kindly note, that deliveries may also take longer during festive or promotional periods.
In case you have not received your order till 10 days after the estimated arrival date, please reach out to us at sayhello@shopdearbed.com.
In a situation where the order is lost during transit, Dear Bed will ship a fresh order at the earliest possible date. However, Dear Bed is not liable for re-shipping of your order under the following conditions:
> The delivery address you provided is invalid, incorrect, or obsolete.
> The delivery address you provided is not in the correct format.
> The courier company failed to deliver you the package after three (3) attempts.
> The recipient refused to accept the package.
Any part cancellation of the order may incur shipping charges on the balance order.
Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not set as business days for standard deliveries.
