Refund & Exchange Policy

At Dear Bed, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

Kindly note that we currently do not offer monetary refunds. However, we facilitate exchanges for a different size or a product of equal or higher value, provided it is in stock (applicable only on non-discounted products).

To initiate an exchange, please inform us while raising the exchange request over an email or contact number provided on the website. Additionally, we kindly ask that the returned products remain unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact. Please be informed that for product or size exchanges, a nominal courier fee will be applied, which will be borne by the customers.

HOW TO INITIATE EXCHANGE REQUEST

Initiating an exchange request with us is simple and hassle-free

Step 1 Reach out to us via call/WhatsApp at +917017304452 or send an email to sayhello@shopdearbed.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Kindly provide the order number along with a picture of the product for raising the exchange request.

Step 2 Upon receiving your original product, we will process and dispatch the exchanged item within 2 days.

*Please Note: The customer is responsible for the one-way shipment charges while sending the product to us. As a token of appreciation, we cover the shipping cost for delivering the exchanged item. Please be aware that this process is applicable only once per order for on fresh items only, and we do not accept requests for a second exchange.

All items bought in SALE are final and will not be eligible for refund or exchange unless the product is damaged.
