RETURN POLICY -

At Dear Bed, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Kindly note that we currently do not offer monetary refunds. However, we facilitate exchanges for a different size or a product of equal or higher value, provided it is in stock.

To initiate an exchange, please inform us while raising the exchange request. Additionally, we kindly ask that the returned product/s remain unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact. Please be informed that for product or size exchanges, a nominal courier fee will be applied, which will be borne by the customers.

We strive to make your shopping experience delightful and assure you of our commitment to resolve any issues promptly. Your satisfaction is our priority at Dear Bed.

HOW TO INITIATE EXCHANGE REQUEST-

Initiating an exchange request with us is simple and hassle-free:

Step 1: Reach out to us via call/WhatsApp at +917017304452 or send an email to sayhello@shopdearbed.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Kindly provide the order number along with a picture of the product for raising the exchange request.

Step 2: Upon receiving your original product, we will process and dispatch the exchanged item within 2 days.

*Please Note: The customer is responsible for the one-way shipment charges while sending the product to us. As a token of appreciation, we cover the shipping cost for delivering the exchanged item. Please be aware that this process is applicable only once per order for on fresh items only, and we do not accept requests for a second exchange.

Additionally, during our sale periods, we generally do not facilitate exchanges. However, exceptions may be considered. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for bearing the nominal courier costs for both the exchange and return shipments.

  • We hope that your new Dear Bed Sleepwear purchase makes you smile ear to ear but if it’s not quite right please reach out to us at sayhello@shopdearbed.com and we will do our best to accommodate to your request. However kindly note, Dear Bed cannot assure the cancellation or change of an order under certain circumstances.
  • Upon receiving approval of the cancellation of your order, you will be eligible for store credit, redeemable at shopdearbed.com. Kindly note, Dear Bed does not offer refund by cash, credit transaction, or money order. 
  • Refunds are offered on full priced items purchased online within 7 days of receipt of goods.  Items purchased on sale are not eligible to be returned.
  • Garments must be unworn and unwashed with original tags intact.

Product Faults:

In an unfortunate scenario that your garment is faulty or damaged on arrival, we will offer a full refund or exchange.  Please note, items which have been damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear are not considered to be faulty.

What can the customer do if wrong/damaged product received?

Kindly reach out to us for the wrong/damaged product within 48 hours of delivery. You can email us at sayhello@shopdearbed.com or leave a WhatsApp message on __. Please mention your order number along with an appropriate reason for wanting to return the wrong/damaged product received. While we investigate, request you to please make note of the below pointers :

Please do not use the item for which the claim is being raised.

You may be required to provide information like a short description of the case (A few questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario)

The snapshots of the product, packet, and other boxes (If any) (Try to cover the sides which look tampered/damaged as per the Users.

Also, no exchange or credit voucher will be issued if the product is found to be used after a quality investigation.
