In a 24-hour day and a 7-day week, most of us get a Sunday off from our work. Unfortunately, this does not mean that our brains get an actual space from the worries and stress of work. ‘Me’ time is an effort that we have to make to recharge our mental capabilities to take on our daily lives again.
